Will my inventory stay accurate across channels?
One authoritative inventory sits behind every channel. Every sale writes back to it, and reservations hold stock while an order is being reviewed, so the same card cannot be sold twice.
What does the 2% apply to?
2% of revenue on completed sales through modu. Taxes, shipping, and refunded orders are excluded.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account at standard Stripe rates, billed separately from modu's 2%.
How hard is it to switch?
You can import your inventory yourself from a CSV or a Manabox export. For everything past that, we help hands on. We would rather set your store up with you than hand you a migration guide.
Can I leave, and can I export my data?
Yes. Export your inventory to CSV anytime. There are no minimums, no contracts, and no lock-in.
What happens if a connected service goes down?
Your store keeps operating. Problems are surfaced to you rather than hidden, and inventory integrity is never silently sacrificed to keep a channel looking online.
